Founder, FORME by Naitcole Michele

For more than 30 years, Naitcole Michele has built her life around hair: behind the chair, in her own salon, and in the classroom training the next generation of licensed professionals.

In 2015, she founded FORME by Naitcole Michele as a professional-only haircare line. It was sold at trade shows around the world and used on her clients at every visit. For over a decade, FORME by Naitcole Michele has been proven where it matters most: in the salon chair.

Naitcole owns Naitcole Michele International Salon in Atlanta and holds cosmetology licenses in Texas, Georgia and Alabama, along with a master cosmetology certificate and a Texas cosmetology instructor license. As an educator, she grew a high school cosmetology program from 25 to more than 250 students while keeping a 100% state licensure pass rate. She holds an MBA from Mercer University, graduating cum laude, and is a published author.

Today, FORME is evolving alongside its founder. The same professional standard is now available to everyone, released in small, seasonal drops made with intention. Every formula reflects the philosophy behind her R.E.A.L. Collection: Resilient. Empowered. Authentic. Limitless.
